It is called PocketGuitar and specially developed for geeks with a rock delusion, it allows you to "play" the phone like an actual instrument, as well as strum along to your stored music.

But wait a minute, if you think this is the end of this Iphone’s crazy gadgets show you are wrong my friend. For those who likes to make impressions of James Bond or crazy dudes with a crush on some girl now you can also have a Conice’s 6 x 18 zoom attachment for the phone. It doesn’t look like a properly 007 device but it is a start. The problem is, it will be more difficult to hide behind the bushes.
