Today 24/01/2008 the bidding starts, FCC is putting on "sale" the 700mhz spectrum!!

Many big companies are bidding like AT&T Inc, Alltel Corp, Cox Communication Inc, Leap Wireless International Inc, Metro PCS Inc, Google, Sprint, Verizon al together being in a total of 96 companies. Google promest if winning the network will be opened for many application and devices, which AT&T and Verizon just now changed their position and agree to do the same. Google will to start bidding with $4.6bi which many are saying they are bidding to lose. We will have to wait a couple of months to see the winner.
