XPERIA is a serie coming from Sony Ericsson focused in multimedia and browser capabilities. It comes with a 3.2mp camera, a Full QWERTY keyboard, GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, all running under the Windows Mobile 6. This big screen (3") is a key point in this device as well, with high resolution of 800×480 it can offer you crispy photos, or videos with DVD quality and it’s touch screen also. Windows Mobile means that you can install any application developed for this platform without jailbreak it, which you can easily find a plenty out there. Quad band… it means that it can be played basically worldwide. Despite the Apple offer the Iphone with 8gb/16gb, Sony Ericsson decided to give a tiny 400mb built in and though the microSD card you can go up to 8gb. Sony Ericsson will be shipping anytime in the second half of 2008, however we don’t have the price yet , you can expect something between U$500 to U$600, maybe here in UK as usually free with 18months contract of £40 to £55.
