Yeah the World Mobile Congress is showing some cool phones like the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1. Now the latest is the IRiver Mobile Phone, wait a minute don’t they produce only Mp3 players and PVP? Well they are trying to get in the mobile market in Europe for this year.
The Mobile Phone looks a lot with the IRiver W7 (One of their PVP) and it features a 3 inch touchscreen and a Linux based Operation System. Also includes GPS capabilities and multimedia must be one of the best qualities considerind the company’s background. The handset supports multiple codecs including Dvix and MP4.
The plans for EU? Third quarter of this year, however there is no forecast for the US.
